Nancy and Al Hammond (owners) were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Braeloch our venue for the weekend was STUNNING I could not have picked a more beautiful location to get married. We had to set everything up and take everything down which is fine when you have a group of friends/family to help, and it worked out awesome for us. I think that’s good to know/ consider when some are looking at venues because some people may not want to do the set up and tear down. But I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Everything was perfect!! And just beautiful.
I was the photographer for a wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
We can't say enough about Boxtree Lodge! As a wedding photo & video group, we had the pleasure of partnering with the staff at this location for our couple's wedding - and were blown away by the stunning venue and backdrop! It’s the perfect venue for any outdoor ceremony & reception. There are plenty of spots for portrait sessions between the gorgeous wooden barn and outdoor areas. Couldn’t recommend Boxtree Lodge enough for your wedding day!! @paperboysweddings
This has got to be Vinton's most beautiful and outstanding secret location. Be it for a wedding, reunion, party, or any number of uses, this place is absolutely amazing. Set in the beautiful countryside of the Blue Ridge mountains, adjacent to the parkway, this vast farmland is now a great place to find. Rolling hills, large green fields, and tranquil ponds, enough just can't be said about this place. You must see to appreciate.
Very beautiful venue. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding here. Breathtaking views! The inside was amazing at Braeloch as well. I wish that there was a designated area for the bride to wait but other than that, it was an amazing place!!
My sisters wedding was 06/27/2020 and this place was awesome. From the gazebo she said her vows under to the reception room. Oh and let’s not forget the bathrooms are so elite they each have 2 or more stalls a dressing room and shower. I would give this place 100 stars and recommend anybody having an event to book here.
Braeloch on Glenburn Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding in October 2024! Beautiful location inside and out, simple and fair contract, and very sweet and accommodating owners. I could not have asked for a better wedding at Braeloch! Nancy Hammond was great to work with.
We rented Boxtree for our wedding (July 2017). If you're looking for a DIY venue with beautiful inside & outside space, this is the place for you! The owners are friendly and easy to work with. The lodge is rustic, but not over the top.
